Who We Are

A trusted space for connection, mentorship, and collective voice.

AAADOT is a newly formed national peer network dedicated to connecting, supporting, and elevating African American professionals serving as Directors of Transportation and senior leaders in the student transportation industry. AAADOT was founded in recognition of a critical gap: despite the size and importance of the student transportation sector, Black transportation directors have historically lacked a dedicated space to share knowledge, navigate challenges, and amplify their collective voice.

“We are creating a space to network, share best practices, and provide professional insight.”
